Information for 2025 Attendees

Hello Pet Parade Attendees!
The parade is only days away! We would like to provide you with some important information regarding the day of the event.

General Guidelines:
  • Registration is from 10:00 to 10:30 AM: Please come to the grass area in front of the new Whole Foods/AMC theatre in Sunnyvale Downtown. Here is the link to the Google Maps instructions on how to get to the Staging Area. Registration closes at 10:30 AM so please make sure to be there on time!

  • Make Sure to Bring a Physical and/or Digital Copy of your Ticket: there is a button where you can download the tickets at the bottom of this email

  • Bring Poop Bags and Water: You are responsible for picking up your pet's poop and making sure that your pet is hydrated!

  • Make Sure Your Pet's Vaccines are Up To Date

  • Costume Contest Participants: You MUST be at the registration booth by 10:00 AM sharp so that you have enough time to get judged for the contest. Judging will occur from 10:30 to 11:00 AM

  • Talent Showcase: Immediately following the pet parade (around 12:00 AM), we will be meeting at Plaza del Sol (the concrete stage where the parade ends) for the showcase. We will section off an area so that you and your pet have enough space to perform.

  • No solicitation, product sales, or distribution of any materials (including giveaways, freebies, flyers, etc.) is allowed before, during, or after the event, whether for profit, non-profit, political, or inappropriate purposes.

Costume Contest Details
Join us for an exciting costume contest! Here’s how you can participate and have a chance to win amazing prizes:
Photo Booth Locations
  • Assembly Area: Capture your costume before the parade.
  • Plaza del Sol: Take photos after the parade.
Participation Steps
  1. Take Your Photo: Visit one of our designated photo booths to snap a picture of your costume.
  2. Upload to Social Media: Share your photo on Instagram.
  3. Judging Criteria
  • Creativity: We will select the top three costumes based on creativity.
  • Popularity: The costume with the most likes will also win a prize.
Prizes
  • Top 3 Costumes: Winners will receive special prizes, and we will contact you via direct message to arrange the mailing of your prize.
  • Most Likes: The costumes with the three highest like counts will receive additional prizes. We will contact you via direct message to arrange the mailing of your prize.
